Elieen Rubin is current PTA President. She has two kids, one currently at CWES. This is her last year of PTA Present. We are actively seeking a PTA President for the following school year (2026-2027)
About the Role:
The PTA President holds a leadership role that is central to the success of the PTA. Roles and responsibilities include oversight of the committees to ensure alignment to PTA goals, ensure bylaws compliance, establishing goals to support fundraising efforts, serve as the liaison between the PTA and school administration and promote engagement for parent involvement and foster a welcoming environment.
Craig Lebowitz is the current PTA VP. His one and only Mia is in the third grade at CWES.
About the Role:
The PTA Vice President plays a supportive and leadership role within the PTA, often acting as a key partner to the President and a bridge between committees and the executive board. The PTA VP ensures smooth communication and collaboration among volunteers and the community.
Christine Regotti is the current PTA Secretary. She has two children at CWES and two more on the way next year.
About the Role:
The PTA Secretary serves as an administrative role in ensuring the smooth operation and documentation of the PTA activities. The Secretary accurately documents discussions, decisions, and action items during PTA meetings and delivers the meeting minutes to maintain official records. Additionally, coordinates PTA correspondence, including emails, letters, newsletters, flyers and announcements.
Megan Burden is the current PTA Treasurer: She has one kid in second grade and another joining CWES next year.
About the Role:
The PTA Treasurer is responsible for managing the financial affairs of the PTA. This role is essential for ensuring transparency, accountability, and the effective use of funds to support school initiatives/ Treasurer details include writing checks, setting the budget for the PTA, filing appropriate taxes for all state and local paperwork, purchasing insurance and running the teacher grant program.
